Update: This stuff was awesome. Until now. I just received three gallons. They are liquid at 70 degrees Fahrenheit. They should not be if they are legitimate beef tallow. I tried calling the toll free phone number on the label and it is out of service. I will be looking for a new source. Update 2: I attached a screenshot of the response from the supplier telling me that not all of their tallow is the same, that somehow what I received is normal. I found a new source off of Amazon. I will be buying that from now on. Old review- This stuff is awesome. I used Canola Oil, until I found out that it is just a mystery oil. Then I switched to rice bran oil, which is a great oil for frying, but this tallow imparts flavor that can't be matched. I fried tortilla chips, jalapenos, chorizo, french fries, and more and all of it has been amazing. I will never go back to oil for frying.
