Tossed it in the garbage where it belongs.
Purchased on my other account months ago and can't get into that particular account. I refuse to buy it again so I can be "verified" This book was complete trash and it should be called "how to murder your baby" I get homebirths but to be completely lacking any medical care is ridiculous and thats what I personally got out of this trash.
