good points grows lettuces like nobody’s business very fast growing on most of the plants bad points very difficult to put together the lights use a lot of electricity and will invade your life no matter where you put your gardyn the membership is extremely overpriced and no support without it can’t find the freakin food/fertilizer anywhere what they don’t tell you is that you have to do extreme maintenance on this monster and it is work for a young person or a man you must take it completely apart every few months for cleaning and put it back together-back breaking work plant food is difficult to dissolve watering this monster is back breaking work some points gardyn is a high quality planter-FOR restaurants or professional growers the AEROGARDEN which I purchased is MUCH MUCH more user friendly, very easy to maintain, water and feed, VERY EASY. it sits on a kitchen counter, easy to reach for us bad back people. don’t get me wrong, the GARDYN is a very nice thing, but not for casual/older/disabled growers.
