Unless you can guarantee that your baby is going to be petite, stay away from this car seat. My daughter is only 4 months old (18 lbs) and was completely squished in this car seat. Her shoulders were scrunched together because the sides are so narrow. She cried every single car ride until we upgraded. The picture I posted shows how tight the sides are. Absolutely no room to breathe. For such an expensive car seat, I would've hoped to be able to use it longer. Also, the shade cover was constantly falling off in the back. It just wasn't a good fit for us.
