The flat iron works well and heats up fast. I really like the cord as well. I gave this 2 stars because all of the buttons are right where you would place your fingers and there is not enough room to work around that. If you try to hold the iron higher, you get a burn. You cannot hold it lower and keep control. You can place your fingers on the screen, but it feels like if I keep doing that it will break.
