This is a great little cup in theory! It’s durable and as long as you keep the rubber ring in just the right place, It doesn’t leak. I think this cup could have been fantastic, but within 4 months the rubber piece that is part of the straw attachment had black mold. I cleaned and cleaned with a straw cleaning tool and used bleach several times but it was imbedded. I primarily used the cup for water. I wouldn’t have minded as much, but there is no replacement part that can be ordered and the cup was expensive ($16) so it was a waste of money. Until a replacement part is available for purchase, I would not recommend this product. Even at that, make sure you only use water and diligently clean immediately after ever use if you don’t want to be letting your child drink from a moldy cup.
