So.if I had it to do all over I would not purchase the prime model of this phone which I did not understand exactly what that meant until I began using it. Because this is a prime Moto G6 Amazon randomly has ads pop up! This is horrible! I was actually trying to call 911 and an ad popped up! I believe this to be very dangerous as I was in an accident and along with being shook up I had to try 3 times before I could dial 911. This is unacceptable! Just writing this review an ad just popped up. I am trying to figure out how to disable this and if anyone knows please let me know. I do not recommend buying this phone at all. This should not be allowed! The Moto G6 other than those hindering ads is great. So please pay attention to what your purchasing.
