BUYER BEWARE: The manufacturer, BestMassage, is impossible to contact for support. Their website 1800bestmasage.com is unregistered. I tried contacting the seller, Cavalier Wholesale, and they did not respond either. Do not buy this chair unless you buy a SquareTrade Warranty along with it. We had the chair for about 1 year, then the Control/Display Unit went blank. I cannot get a replacement part or any support for that matter. Other than the high risk of failure, the chair itself was a good value, nice size (not too bulky) and had decent massage action from upper back all the way down to calves. Just be prepared that it might only last a year, then be a big brick.
