Let me start by saying that Medslant wedge pillows have made living with GERD much easier. They provide real relief. I was ordering my third Medslant wedge, but noticed the version I previously ordered was no longer listed on Amazon. Knowing Medslant's quality, I had no qualms about ordering this new wedge pillow. Unfortunately, it has been two nights since the pillow arrived, and I still cannot use it because the pillow is stuck in an odd shape. In fairness, Medslant did include a card stating: 'Compressed for shipping, just remove the plastic and the BIG will be ready to use in minutes. It may take an hour or so for it to reach its full 30" wide x 32" long x 7" high size.' It's been about 40 hours since I unwrapped the pillow, and the photo shows the shape of my pillow. It isn't usable.
