Update:: even the product was not what I expected, I have to say that the people on customer service of Innovation IQ are the best people in the world. They took care of the return without a problem and they were very professionals. I just wish I had love the PowerX. ————————- I am a single mom with one kid always on the run so I needed something fast to heat or cook dinner. What a disappointment!!! It takes so much time to “toast” something, longer than my little toaster. Air fry is new for me and I was so exited to try. Well it was taking forever so I end using my regular oven. Reheat should be fast specially if I being using this “wonderful” thing but it was not. Another 15 more minutes for a serving of lasagna that came up burn on the bottom and cold inside so I used the microwave. The noise is outrageous and never heats enough. I bought the PowerXL to make my life easier and now I end working harder to have some hot and cooked food at the table. By the way I never see the lights on top of the Power XL turn on. I returned the first one because I thought it was defected but the second one came the same. Customer Service said the light should be working but no. Returning this trash for sure.
