Man I paid too much for this thing to have it last less than ten months. It works great but I'm not willing to pay this much for something that has flaws that break so quickly after minimal use. And this is the second one of the same model I've bought. The first lasted two years. This time, with the one I bought last March, the trigger that controls the air-driven brush in the head broke, so I can no longer disengage the brush, which makes it useless for use in my house with rugs, many with fringe, on otherwise bare floors. I'm going to switch over and try a Shark. I'm spending a hundred bucks a year or more just to have a vacuum cleaner with these things!
