I was wary of purchasing these, because orthotics that aren't custom-made usually don't fit my feet. I shouldn't have purchased these. Within 5 minutes of having these on, the arches of my feet, my calves, and my back were killing me. Orthotics are expensive for a reason; stupid of me to try to get a deal on something when I should have just spent money to go to the podiatrist and have it done right.
