I had bought this as a way to make transporting groceries, shopping bags, boxes, etc easier for myself; I live on the second floor of an apartment building and park in the garage underneath and was always either making multiple trips up and down from my car or wearing out my arms trying to carry 25 pounds of groceries at once. The cart arrived in good condition, was extremely easy to set up and use, and really made it easier to take the aformentioned bags and boxes to and from my car. Why the two star rating then? As others have mentioned, the screws on this were constantly falling out...and by that I mean at least two of them fell out every single time I used it. No matter how tightly I screwed them in, they always came back out, and after about six months of use, I'd lost almost half of them since I didn't always notice it happening. This thing also squeaked pretty loudly when using it and the sound got worse the longer I had it. Then, just over a year after buying it, I was trying to move a chair that I had set on this (which was nowhere near the weight limit) out of my apartment when two of the metal plates on the wheels actually bent in half and folded under themselves, preventing me from being able to use the cart. And what's worse, it forced the bolts all the way in and bent those as well, making them (for the first time) impossible to remove, meaning that I can't even pull the wheels out to replace them. Unfortunately, that means this item is no longer functional for me and I'm pretty displeased with this purchase...it was great for transporting things while it worked, but the fact that it was noisy, parts kept falling out and needed to be replaced, and then the entire thing crapped out from the weight of an item not even close to the weight limit force me to suggest that you look elsewhere for a product like this.
