Got this phone April 3. It worked great until yesterday (May 14) then it quit ringing when calls come in and called ID stopped working. The cordless hand sets still operate, you can call out and receive a call (we have an old telephone that rings so you know when you've got an incoming call). I've tried to contact Panasonic to see how to get this fixed. They give a phone number, but it tells you to go to a web site; the web site doesn't provide any help for this problem, and they want to charge $9.95 to talk to a person if the phones out of warranty, but won't talk to you if the phones under warranty. So I've got a phone under warranty and no way to get help from Panasonic for this problem. Amazon can you help???
