I gave this bottle 1 star, but it really deserves 0 stars. An FYI for anyone who cares: you don't have to buy the Kohler replacement bottle (1039513) to use your soap dispenser again. Like everyone else's, mine broke directly below the threads causing a huge mess. After calling different big box stores, I was told I needed to buy the whole dispenser because they didn't sell individual parts. Kohler sells the bottles, but the problem is still the same. The plastic is too thin in the critical areas to handle the weight and, in my opinion, is engineered to fail. I looked around the house for longer plastic bottles with the same size threads and opening diameter. Behold, I give to you Trader Joe's Tea Tree Tingle shampoo in the 16 FL OZ size. This shampoo smells great, and it works great. It isn't tested on animals and when you're done with the container, you can rinse it out and screw it directly to the bottom of the soap dispenser! The model number of the shank that it fits to is Kohler 1041641. The pump tube doesn't reach the bottom; it stops about an inch short. Just refill it and enjoy your free and durable replacement bottle. :~)
