The first one we ordered worked for about an hour and it was great! Then it got stuck on "natural" and wouldn't switch to any other setting. We liked it so much we ordered a second one and planned to return the first. Well, the second one didn't even work right out of the box. It was stuck on "Natural". We were so disappointed. If you get one that works it will be great.
