The product doesn't come with an instruction manual, you have to download the HP app to set it up which I didn't like. Easy to load ink cartridges. What should be a simple set up wasn't because the printer was saying connected but then kept freezing in between steps. Virtual assistant was useless. Once I got it to work Printing is SLOOWWWW! Takes forever for the job to start, then the paper goes through the machine slow and finally it takes a long time for it to "finish printing" to start a new job. Also freezes if too many jobs are in the cue. Would return except I needed it ASAP and I don't want to spend more than $100.
