We got this pan as part of our mission to rid our kitchen of things that can cause harmful fumes, for the sake of our pets. This pan is easy to use and clean, and we really liked it for a while. However, because of the way that the handle is attached with a gap at the bottom, a flame from our gas stove went inside it, creeping up the handle and catching the plastic grip on fire. It didn't melt, but it created a lot of smoke and is now scorched. This completely defeats the purpose of having a fume-free kitchen! This pan should probably only be used with electric stoves.
