I'm writing a review here since I don't have that option on the Fitbit website. Talk about frustrating. This is my third clip in less than a year. I'm not sure if it's worth it anymore. I hope the Fitbit folks are paying attention to these posts. The clip works fine UNTIL it breaks. And it doesn't take long for them to break. Clearly this is where they're making their money is on the clips. The price they charge for them is ridiculous. Should be more like the other reviewer said and have them at $5, although, frankly, I'll go with $2 or $1 at the rate these last. You know, Fitbit folks, you should be including 2 replacement clips with each Fitbit one just a customer service nicety. It's beyond aggravating to have to be constantly replacing these at the prices you charge. It's highway robbery, actually. I'm frustrated enough at this point that this may be last one. When the next one breaks, no more Fitbit. I'll be looking for a better designed and sturdier fitness tracker. There are lots of them out there now you know.
