Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Evidently I'm not the only user experiencing this issue. When I go to my contacts and select Text it switches to the texting screen, then immediately reduces / crashes. I have tried all the "common sense" fixes and the app continues to misbehave. I'd love to be able to use this app and experience the three to five star experience many reviewers give this app but it gets a big fat one star until the publisher resolves this documented bug.
