I got the diffuser and loved it while it was working. After only 3 to 4 weeks of using it, it is not working properly. Now when I plug it in and press the power button it fails to come on. After a few times of pressing the button it will come on but then stops after a few minutes. Hoping Urpower will make it right.Its been almost 2 weeks since I notified them and still nothing resolved. Now its May 2018 and still nothing resolved. Don't order from this company.
