Relentless
One of the top detectives dies and it is ruled natural cause his partner has them check for drug over dose. It is changed to suspicious circonstances and the partner is the main suspect. I am not sure how any work gets done as all of the police are either dumb or having sex with someone elses wife. Bad language, torture, three way sex.
