I REALLY wanted to like this product after reading the great reviews and knowing that CHI is a popular, reputable company. However, I will not buy this product again and hope that this review might prevent someone else from wasting their money. This product might work for others, but it didn't for me. I tried this product a few times just to make sure I wasn't spraying too much or applying it incorrectly, but got the same disappointing results every time. My hair is not super thick or long, but every time I used this product my hair became a sticky, stiff, tangled MESS! It did not feel silky, it felt dirty and almost like I'd put hair spray in it. The product also left a weird white film on my hair, which I could see when I looked at my brush. The one good thing that I will say about this product is that it smells AMAZING. But for everything else this product promised, it didn't live up to the hype.
