After having only purchased this chime a little over 3 months ago, it stopped working. When you call customer service your call will be to a foreign call center and you will talk to someone who can barely be understood. They will repeatedly go through their decision tree on their computer screen and assume you are 2 years old. They will ask you to do the same steps 10 times. You will get to the point that rather than staying on that phone call you would rather stick a fork in your eye, so you will hang up on the call. On your own you will fiddle with the chime and it will start to work again for a week. Then the chime will stop working again after a week. But you won't want to call back and go through the same torturous process. So instead you'll throw the chime in the trash and vow never to buy another Honeywell product again.
