This review has no recourse on Amazon or the Seller. This is strictly about the new Creme Hair Color. I have used the regular Natural Instinct products( dark Brown) for years. This "new" Creme color is absolutely Horrible. Unless you LOVE your roots being Orange, then by all means purchase this. I hope Clairol figures out something quick , because this new product is awful. Yuck, my hair has never looked worse!
