They use REFURBISHED PARTS and pack the product inadequatly.
The online description said nothing about using refurbished parts. However the product I received had refurbished "genuine Cuisinart parts". Among other things, that meant it has only a 90 day warranty. It is dishonest to describe a product as new and send one with refurbished parts. There was no protective bubble or other material inside either the outer box nor inside the inner box. The inner box has a dent in it. Do not buy this product online.
