UPDATE: If you have older Razer hardware you are stuck with Synapse 2, but new hardware won't be visible on it and you're stuck with Synapse 3. The two applications don't work together well. Save yourself the trouble and stick with Synapse 2, make sure your .Net framework is the latest and repaired so that Razer's crappy software has a chance to coexist on your computer.
