The perfect sleep chair was purchased for my 84 year old mother,! Beware once you purchase the chair there is absolutely no returns or exchanges, We asked if there was anywhere we can try it out and they said no: we received the chair and my mom hates it ;1: the lumbar roll is secured by Velcro that does not hold. The seat depth is to deep and when she sits she has to wiggle to reach the back of the chair that is about a foot away and that is difficulty because she has no muscle power she complains to me every day that it is NOT THE PERFECT SLEEP CHAIR / customer service does not care that my mom spent $1999: on that chair and she is on social security and spent a lot of her savings on this,! Sales person Ruth was great selling us chair but we have not heard from after we received chair —— this chair was supposed to bring comfort to my 84 yr old mother in need of help: they just want the money and don’t want to help us
