Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Well, it mops, I'll give it that. But it gets clogged when I try to vacuum up dog hair or dog toy fluff, pretty much just gets clogged unless I'm only using it for the mopping feature. It's advertised as a wet/dry vac, but it's really not. Sad that I wasted $300 on this when I could have just bought a robot vac. ETA: So customer service was pretty good and they contacted me about a replacement (though they were way too eager and came off just a tad rude, but I chopped it up to them just really believing in their product). I got the replacement, but sadly they both just push pet fur around. If you had a pet with short fur, I'm sure it would work, but my double coated dog's fur comes out in clumps and that vacuum just doesn't like that. I asked if I could get a refund instead and they gave that to me, but wanted me to take my review down. I don't like that this company doesn't like transparency. When I look at reviews, I like to look at all reviews, not just the 4-5 star reviews. ETA: I've been asked twice now to remove this :) (the second time was a bribe) ETA: Just got another bribe XD
