My kids have loved this swing, they've had a great time playing on it since I bought it in April, 2016. On 1 December, 2016 one of the ropes that attaches to the frame pulled through the steel frame. The steel frame broke apart as the rope broke loose. It is completely rusted through, as you can see in the pictures. Upon further inspection, there are numerous rusted spots on the circular, steel frame. We live in Florida and obviously get a lot of rain but this is an outdoor swing and should not rust to pieces like it did. I also should not expect to take it down each time it rains. While the swing is not overly difficult for me to move, it is heavy for my wife to put back up if my kids want to use it when I'm not home. Regardless, it would be a huge pain to take it down and put it back up all the time. It is an outdoor swing, I expected it to last longer than 7 months, especially for the $100 price tag.
