Was very hopeful the Findster would work for us as we liked the no-monthly-fee option. The system and app were fairly easy to set up until it came to putting the app on a second phone. Turns out only ONE phone at a time will work. My husband's iPhone seemed to work better than my Android phone. If one of us left home we had to remember to turn that phone's bluetooth off and turn bluetooth on on the phone on that was near the dog. Several times after my husband left I couldn't get my phone to connect to the module on the dog collar rendering everything useless. Also, the app features were different on each phone. Mine would never notify (even when set to do it) me if our dog left the "safe zone" again making it useless. After much testing, we could never get tracking to work beyond 1/4-1/2 mile in our rural setting. One Pro...the unit that fits on the collar is small. My 18 pound dog never noticed it was there. Unfortunately we are returning the system.
