1. I would like to file a complaint with Amazon not to sell this product because this does not have any kind of compliance for electrical equipment safety. I am not sure if it is even legal to sell such products in US. 2. Cheaply made. I took it out of the box, set it up and warmed some water. Water level was way below the MAX marking. It boiled the water and auto shut off. I come back after 30-mins and could see the entire place has water spillage. Immediately pulled off the plug, cleaned it and repacked for return. Amazon, plz plz plz...I know profit margin is important, but not at the cost of safety.
