We tried this water pik out after being disappointed with the one from Greenvida. This one was excellent for three uses and then the water failed to properly go through making the water stream extremely weak even on the Normal, Soft, Pulse settings. Returning today and just going for the one with the cord. Cordless seems to be a disappointment even with the ones with good reviews...
