Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I had high hopes for this especially after reading some of the reviews. However my findings weren't so positive. The first few times I took them it wasn't too bad and I was only taking about two a day. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Now the instructions say to take them about 30 minutes before eating. This was nearly impossible for me to do. I got really bad intense headaches within 10 minutes of taking these. I mean to the point that I could barely think. I'm not sure if I'm the only one who's gotten headaches from these but it's hard to consider taking 3 times during the day and dealing with the headaches so I decided not to proceed with seeing the "other" results because I did not want to have a headache every time i take one.
