MY EXPERIENCE
Recommended by my hygienist to reduce plaque.
1 Used livionex then livfresh when they changed product name.
2 My regular routine :- brush with paradontax tooth paste twice a day. Floss every evening.
3 New routine :- brush with livionex/livfresh twice a day, floss every evening.
4 Tried this product for 4 months
Next cleaning.
My hygienist had forgotten she recommended livionex so I waited till she finished the cleaning.
Q Is the plaque level better,worse or the same
