Product arrived on time and in good condition. Unboxing was straight forward. The only assembly required was installing the wheels and setting the shredder on top of the waste basket. I plugged in the shredder and ready to go. The on switch is very cheap, there's a lot of play in the switch, and i would expect that the switch would be the first thing to break. I switched the machine on and the ON LED turned on (green light) as well as the OVERHEAT light (red light). When the OVERHEAT light is on the shredder will not run. I cycled the shredder off and on, the red light remained off, the green light lit. I placed one sheet of paper into the inlet, the shredder came on and took the paper. About half way in the overheat light came on and the motor stopped. I cycled the switch several times with the same result. I called the Aurora customer service number, the were closed at 5:15 in the afternoon. I called Amazon. The rep asked if wanted to return it or speak with technical support. I said return. The rep initiated the return and i recieved two emails with return instructions before i hung up. I took the machine to a local Kohl's and the process took less than 5 minutes. Folks, the machine is the opposite of heavy duty, it's cheaply made, and bottom line it doesn't work. There's plenty of other shredders to choose from, i suggest you start there.
