Not at all worth the $220 price tag. I recently purchased a new PC for my wife to conduct her online business and figured I might as well upgrade her from the MS Office 2010 I've been using for years. Aside from a few 'neato' functions in Outlook and a more graphic heavy menu bar, I see no benefit to upgrading to this software. I also had several issues trying to download and install the software. Once you order from Amazon you're given a link to Office.com which will request you set up an account to install your software. Your key will be automatically linked to your Microsoft account , but if you click the "install office" link on the top right of your Office.com webpage it will say your Key "has already been used". The correct link to use is under "my account" then click "subscriptions & services". There you will have a down load link to install your product. This purchase was much more convoluted than it had to be and I regret even buying it.
