Don't let the good reviews fool you. I myself bought the same pillow in 2018 and it is still great to the point that my husband took it from me and I had to order myself another one. The new pillow doesn't even compare to the older one, it is super low no matter how many times I fluff it and even worse. Not comfortable at all. Even worse, the 100 night guarantee seem to be nothing but a misrepresentation to sell more. I intentionally didn't return the pillow within the amazon return window of 30 days because I relied on that 100 nights guarantee so I kept trying to fluff the pillow, I just didn't want to believe that it is that bad but apparently that was a mistake. I emailed the seller with my concern, they responded asking me to take pictures of the pillows. I sent the pictures and they never responded. Complete waste of money.
