you need to look at this product as dangerous a dangerous fire hazard with every potential to cause serious injuries. the heat from the unit caused the connecting plastic tube to melt/dissolve and the heat from the motor was extremely intense even on low heat. I sent E mails returned the product and stated my concerns, I believe the matter has been given to the relative depts. I will not be looking at making anymore purchases from Amazon as this has been an expensive lesson in products that a sold without tested safety guarantees. Amazon a major company need to revise n review the quality of electrical products offered for overseas customers. I am being realistic however another customer may be more demanding for COMPENSATION. Thank you
