I see the manufacture warrantees this for one year. How do I get a new mop that hopefully is improved over the one I had. Up date Changing to two stars. The handle broke off at the mop head today. I paid up for this as I thought it would last me the rest of my life. Im 81 years old so I haven't been horsing around with it, I just broke while I was doing the kitchen floor. Very disappointed When you look up skiptic in the dictionary you should see my picture. I bought this against my better judgement and was pleasantly surprised. I was thinking a glorified swiffer. This thing had a lot of thought go into it and it works perfectly. We just finished taking out the carpet and installing plank flooring so cleaning it was more than just vacuuming. I tried the swifter we had but it was small and just didn't work out. After seeing this on Amazon and reading the reviews I gave it a go. Easy to use with just the right amount of water and it cleans itself well. Now if I could just get someone else to do the work it would be perfect indeed. I was amazed at how easy it was to get used to. To get just the right amount of wetness on the pad was easy, the more one runs the pad in the dryer side of the bucket the dryer it gets and its the same wetness every time. Much better than a mop and quicker and easier too.
