Not worth the money!
If I could give 0 stars i would. Where to start I got the 2020 heavy duty when you extended the poles they slide at the extension points. Fully extended you couldn't get any pressure to make the cut and anything branches over 1.5 inches thick forget about it. On my third branch the saw got stuck and the poles came apart see attached photo. Had to get a ladder to get the pole out of the tree
