At first glance, all seemed great. The machine is extremely easy to setup and is nearly rock solid... There is a manufacturing stress fracture on the stand but I figured that Nordictrack would send me a part and I'd be good to go. Then I noticed that the feet were not even aligned during manufacturing (look at the the left and then the right foot) - that's 2 uncaught/ignored manufacturer defects... I sent Nordictrack 2 separate emails one week apart and still have heard NOTHING from them. In the meantime, the bluetooth connectivity to the cheap android tablet supplied was dropping CONSTANTLY - only 1 single time did I get through a workout without it disconnecting at least once. Today is the final straw - The machine has completely stopped being able to be adjusted - it appears to be stuck on level 20 and neither powering off or unplugging the unit has resolved the issue. This unit and support for it is absolutely NOT ready for market! I'm sharing my experience so that others can be spared from the misery and disappointment that is a Nordictrack Fusion CST.
