Except nothing. Like you, I usually read the negative reviews first when I decide to buy a product online. So I did the same thing with this Insinkerator. Because of some of these reviews, I almost didn't buy it! I am so glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews and bought it anyway, because it is really great! It was super easy to install with instructions that a 10 year old could easily follow.. It is amazingly quiet when running. Much quieter than my previous disposal. And finally, it easily takes on all of the food that I have stuffed down it... Including orange peels, potato peels, egg shells, chicken bones, and lots of other food things. And also... It does not Leak AT ALL. All in all, a good purchase during a very difficult time in the world. Peace everyone.
