Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I've bought several brands of miso paste on Amazon that I use mainly for miso soup (with and without homemade dashi) and sometimes for marinades, etc. While I prefer the silky texture of this miso to some others that have a lot more soybean remnants, the added salt is too much for me and I love salt. I can hardly taste the miso flavor; I really just taste salt. I rarely review on Amazon, but I felt strongly that there are much better miso pastes available. I will not purchase again.
