I bought one of these in February 2017 and the rubber button for dispensing the soap has torn open. I had an older OXO dispensing brush before this one and it last for a very long time with no tares or problems. It just got old and I decided to update it with this one. I am going to buy the steel OXO product and see how it works. I am beginning to find a lot of household items and clothing that just do not compare anmore for good wear. Seems to be a lot of cost cutting to keep prices reasonable by using inferior manufacturing parts.
