DO NOT BUY THIS TOOTHBRUSH. This toothbrush has so many features that the main one of turning ON/OFF doesn't work. Plus, seller made this product "non-returnable" so it looks like I will be dealing with the bureaucracy of a Customer Service Dept. at ORAL-B. Save your money and time - avoid this product and seller.
