The primary purpose for my purchase was to be able to play downloaded videos on road trips for my children. This tablet will not play any downloaded videos across any app. I downloaded all of the movies the day before my trip, so the videos are fully downloaded, but they will not play whether it's the Hulu app or Disney Plus or Netflix. I don't know why I spent so much money to get the version without the ads with the most amount of storage space for it to not do the one thing I need it to do.
