I get the feeling that this author saw a need for a instant pot cookbook and slapped one together very very quickly. Full of errors. I tried the tapioca recipe this weekend. I had never make it before so I followed the recipe as written. A terrible mess, the tapioca was a milky broth with uncooked tapioca beads floating around, checked later, she did not include eggs in her recipe and the time was too short. The worst thing was her calling for a rapid release of pressure. It ended up with this "milky tapioca broth" exploding out of the baking dish all over the inside of the instant pot. It took me a long time to clean up the mess. This is the worst cookbook, worst book, I have ever bought but I am going to keep it to show to my friends for a laugh as I have been having a good time underlining all the errors in red in this book, lots of red.
