Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

When I opened this bottle, I noticed that most of the capsules were half empty - the remaining third being correctly filled. When I wrote Nature's Bounty about this, they assigned me a number (Case Number: 02470558), instructed me to return the product to Amazon (at my own expense) and said they'd be glad to issue a coupon so I could buy some more of their product at a discount (which wasn't a very appealing idea). I'm afraid this company's quality control is ineffective - and they don't seem particularly concerned about it.
