Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I recently ordered 100 Leland Soda Chargers from Redrock Distributing (Product Features: 10 boxes of 10 8 gram Chargers; Triple Filtered 99.95% pure CO2) but am dismayed to find I've been sent 1 *OPENED AND RETAPED* box of 10 Leland Mr. Fizz Seltzer Chargers (as pictured) and 30 boxes of "3 CO2 Cartridges". The print on the front of these generic boxes is: *Universal Fit *8 Gram Charge *Safety Weld Closure *Food & Beverage Quality This is NOT what I ordered. These generic cartridges may well be just as good as the Leland but if there will be product substituted, this should be clearly stated on their page. Not only did they Falsely Advertise their product, I suspect they also filled the one Leland Mr. Fizz Charger box with the generic cartridges. Why else would the original seal have been broken, and then resealed with scotch tape? I will be lodging a formal complaint with Amazon. *I will add photos to the customer photo section.
